Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Licensed Clinician to provide intensive home-based programming to juvenile justice/child welfare involved youth. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence based, intensive, family and community treatment model that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact chronic juvenile offenders, their homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods, and friends.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to work with families and youth in a non-traditional therapeutic setting (home and community based) and within the context of a flexible schedule (whatever it takes to meet a family's needs).
Positions are available to serve youth and families in Ashtabula County, OH.
Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree and be licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $65,000.

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a master’s level Clinician to provide:
- Individual counseling/psychotherapy services to youth (children and adolescent) and families in office, home and/or community setting.
- Conduct Mental Health Assessments and provide treatment recommendations in addition to diagnosing and treating clients.
- Develop, complete, implement, and review individual service plan for clients.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses:

Cadence Care Network has a part-time Respite provider position available to service Ashtabula County. Respite Worker will provide short term temporary relief to the caregiver of eligible individuals with severe mental health challenges or other special needs. The goal of such services is to provide relief that will allow youth to remain in their current living arrangement.
This is a great position for college students majoring in psychology, social work, and other similar programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mentor young people and model skills that will help them successfully minimize the negative impact of behavioral health issues.
- Engage clients through youth-friendly, culturally appropriate, and youth-empowerment approaches.
- Participate in the implementation of tailored supports and services to be individualized, developmentally appropriate, appealing, non-stigmatizing, trauma-informed, and relevant to each young person.
- Teach and reinforce social, daily-living, and community functioning skills as relevant to a young person through role play skill development and practice.
- Assist in Prevention Planning to minimize a young person’s engagement in high-risk behaviors or situations – and perform crisis interventions as situations arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth and their families.
- Comfortable providing in home and community-based services.

Cadence Care Network, a local non-profit mental and behavioral health agency, has immediate openings for Care Coordinators.
- Care Coordinators are responsible to provide wraparound care coordination for children and youth, and their families, who have the most complex behavioral health needs.
- The Care Coordinator will develop and maintain the wraparound team.
- Coordinate, and supervise implementation of the Plan of Care, including a Transition Plan and Crisis Plan through service delivery with providers and community resources.
- Ensure family support and stabilization during crisis; and maintain all documentation and reporting as required.
Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following systems:
- children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related sector human service.
- Or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.

The responsibilities include:
- * Greet visitors and clients and route them to the appropriate party.
- * Assure visitors and clients sign in at the front desk.
- * Answer all incoming calls through the Cadence Care phone system and forward to the appropriate staff member. Provide courteous service to individuals calling into the agency. Take accurate messages when necessary and route to appropriate staff member.
- * Make necessary appointment reminder phone calls for in office sessions.
- * Utilize Microsoft Outlook calendar to review in office scheduled appointments.
- * Monitor incoming faxes and/or documentation and direct to the appropriate staff member.
