The candidate will direct and oversee the daily operations that service the Ashtabula and Geauga County areas.

The Case Aide will transport foster care children to locations/appointments between Cuyahoga and Lucas counties. This position also includes assisting with filing and other office duties at an agency office in Toledo. Familiarity with child welfare or childcare would be beneficial. Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and full coverage insurance. Must pass background check and drug screening. Work schedule will vary and will include evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour and mileage reimbursement of $.52 per mile.
Cadence Care Network has a part-time Respite provider position available to service Ashtabula County. Respite Worker will provide short term temporary relief to the caregiver of eligible individuals with severe mental health challenges or other special needs. The goal of such services is to provide relief that will allow youth to remain in their current living arrangement.
This is a great position for college students majoring in psychology, social work, and other similar programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mentor young people and model skills that will help them successfully minimize the negative impact of behavioral health issues.
- Engage clients through youth-friendly, culturally appropriate, and youth-empowerment approaches.
- Participate in the implementation of tailored supports and services to be individualized, developmentally appropriate, appealing, non-stigmatizing, trauma-informed, and relevant to each young person.
- Teach and reinforce social, daily-living, and community functioning skills as relevant to a young person through role play skill development and practice.
- Assist in Prevention Planning to minimize a young person’s engagement in high-risk behaviors or situations – and perform crisis interventions as situations arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth and their families.

This provider will also coordinate and conduct activities that increase a client’s capacity to positively impact their environment. A partial telehealth schedule is possible.

Cadence Care Network, a local non-profit mental and behavioral health agency, has immediate openings for Care Coordinators. Care Coordinators are responsible to provide wraparound care coordination for children and youth, and their families, who have the most complex behavioral health needs. The Care Coordinator will develop and maintain the wraparound team; coordinate, and supervise implementation of the Plan of Care, including a Transition Plan and Crisis Plan through service delivery with providers and community resources; ensure family support and stabilization during crisis; and maintain all documentation and reporting as required.
Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following systems: children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related sector human services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. Cadence Care Network is a growing Treatment Foster Care Agency and Community Mental Health Center providing services across Northeastern Ohio.
The Staff Accountant reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the following activities:
- Maintain financial records, prepare journal entries, oversee banking transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare for month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis, fixed asset reporting, internal auditing, and preparation of internal financial statements.
- Assist the CFO with analysis of annual budgets and budget outcomes.
- Create reports and analysis for the Agency and numerous third-party organizations that provide financial support to the Agency.
- Maintain books, records, financial statements, and budgets in compliance with GAAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- General ledger financial statement preparation experience preferred
