Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Licensed Clinician to provide intensive home-based programming to juvenile justice/child welfare involved youth. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence based, intensive, family and community treatment model that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact chronic juvenile offenders, their homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods, and friends.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to work with families and youth in a non-traditional therapeutic setting (home and community based) and within the context of a flexible schedule (whatever it takes to meet a family's needs).

Positions are available to serve youth and families in Trumbull County, Mahoning and Columbiana Counties.

Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree and be licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board.

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $65,000.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to work with families and youth in a non-traditional therapeutic setting (home and community based) and within the context of a flexible schedule (whatever it takes to meet a family's needs).

Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree and be licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board as LSW or LPC.

The salary for this position is based on experience, licensure, education, and performance.  The salary range is $40,000 - $65,000.

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for an Independently Licensed Social Worker or Counselor to oversee all the clinical services based out of our Ashtabula County Office. Services performed out of our Ashtabula County office include the provision of intensive home-based programming (specifically Multisystemic Therapy). Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence based, intensive, family and community treatment model that focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact chronic juvenile offenders, their homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods, and friends. This Clinical Supervisor also oversees the provision of respite, peer support, juvenile court, and all other behavioral health services.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to provide consistent leadership, engage community members, mentor staff, oversee program development and implementation, and work independently while leading a team.

Positions are available to serve youth and families in Ashtabula and Geauga Counties, OH.

Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree and be independently licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board.

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. Cadence Care Network is a growing Treatment Foster Care Agency and Community Mental Health Center providing services across Northeastern Ohio.

The Staff Accountant reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the following activities:

  • Maintain financial records, prepare journal entries, oversee banking transactions, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare for month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis, fixed asset reporting, internal auditing, and preparation of internal financial statements.
  • Assist the CFO with analysis of annual budgets and budget outcomes.
  • Create reports and analysis for the Agency and numerous third-party organizations that provide financial support to the Agency.
  • Maintain books, records, financial statements, and budgets in compliance with GAAP

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.

Cadence Care Network has an opening for a Foster Care Case Manager to facilitate and provide treatment services to youth placed in the foster care/child welfare system in the Niles and Youngstown areas. The Case Manager will work with foster care families, foster care youth, and community service agencies. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field.  LSW, LPC, CT or MFT preferred.

Pay: $39,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

 

Cadence Care Network (formerly Homes for Kids, Inc.) is looking for part time Case Aide.  The Case Aide will transport foster care children to locations/appointments between Cuyahoga and Lucas counties. This position also includes assisting with filing and other office duties at an agency office in Toledo.  Familiarity with child welfare or childcare would be beneficial. Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and full coverage insurance. Must pass background check and drug screening. Work schedule will vary and will include evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour and mileage reimbursement of $.52 per mile.

Cadence Care Network has a part-time Respite provider position available to service Ashtabula County.  Respite Worker will provide short term temporary relief to the caregiver of eligible individuals with severe mental health challenges or other special needs. The goal of such services is to provide relief that will allow youth to remain in their current living arrangement.

This is a great position for college students majoring in psychology, social work, and other similar programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Mentor young people and model skills that will help them successfully minimize the negative impact of behavioral health issues.
  • Engage clients through youth-friendly, culturally appropriate, and youth-empowerment approaches.
  • Participate in the implementation of tailored supports and services to be individualized, developmentally appropriate, appealing, non-stigmatizing, trauma-informed, and relevant to each young person.
  • Teach and reinforce social, daily-living, and community functioning skills as relevant to a young person through role play skill development and practice.
  • Assist in Prevention Planning to minimize a young person’s engagement in high-risk behaviors or situations – and perform crisis interventions as situations arise.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with youth and their families.
  • Comfortable providing in home and community-based services.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of individuals serve.  The hours are minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Valid driver license and provision of transportation, insurance, and the ability to use your car for work.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Cadence Care Network is looking for a candidate for a front desk receptionist position to service our behavioral health office.

The responsibilities include:

* Greet visitors and clients and route them to the appropriate party.

* Assure visitors and clients sign in at the front desk.

* Answer all incoming calls through the Cadence Care phone system and forward to the appropriate staff member. Provide courteous service to individuals calling into the agency. Take accurate messages when necessary and route to appropriate staff member.

* Make necessary appointment reminder phone calls for in office sessions.

* Utilize Microsoft Outlook calendar to review in office scheduled appointments.

* Monitor incoming faxes and/or documentation and direct to the appropriate staff member.

* Maintain the lobby and reception area in a neat and clean manner.

* Prepare and assemble new client intake packets.

* Maintain and update client/parent contact information as it relates to the front desk as needed.

* Collect any insurance information and payments at the time of service.

* Perform general office/administrative duties as assigned.

* Attend necessary staff meetings and trainings.

* Maintain confidentiality and privacy in regard to clients served and employees.

Requirements include:

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Experience working in a medical office/setting and operating a multi-line phone system.

* Ability to provide quality and friendly customer service to clients/families.

* Minimum high school diploma.

Cadence Care Network has an opening for Parent Peer Support Provider. This is a part time position that provides community-based discovery and recovery oriented supportive services for parents with children in the mental, behavioral health, and foster care systems.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of clients served, i.e. non-traditional schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
  • A valid driver license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in the behavioral health and foster care system.
  • A high school diploma.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal records check.

 

Pay rate: $15 per hour

Cadence Care Network has an opening for Youth Peer Support Provider. This part time position that provides community-based discovery and recovery oriented supportive services.  The goal of such services is to help youth focus on discovery, recovery, and resiliency principles that empower them to integrate, function, and succeed in their communities (home, school, work, and neighborhood).  Peer Support Provider have the opportunity to work with youth and young adults ages 14-25 as they transition into adulthood with activities that include teaching and reinforcing of social, daily living and community life functioning skills.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of clients served, i.e. non-traditional schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
  • A valid driver license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with teens or young adults.
  • A high school diploma.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal records check.

 

Pay rate: $15 per hour

The Clinical/Administrative Supervisor will oversee school-based staff in local school systems. Following are responsibilities:

A. Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health department staff regarding treatment issues relevant to clients in care.

B. May need to assist with training school personnel on relevant behavioral health topics.

C. Maintain ongoing communication with school administrators in their districts.

D. Conduct case staffing with Mental Health staff.

E. Supervise daily operations within the Mental Health department.

F. Provide ongoing clinical training to staff, including but not limited to clinical assessments, practices, and procedures.

G. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programs in conjunction with the Director of Mental Health.

H. Review and oversee the implementation of BHSP’s, Crisis Prevention Plans and Mental Health Assessments as required by Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services rules and Cadence Care Network policy. Also oversee the implementation of prevention activities within their districts.

I. Oversee outcomes data collection and analysis for treatment planning and program integrity. May assist with gathering and analyzing data within their school districts.

J. Provide supervision for individual and group counseling and behavior support services as needed.

K. Participate in treatment team meetings as necessary.

L. Provide crisis intervention services as needed.

M. Participate in community system of care functions and meetings.

N. Participate in back up on call rotation schedule.

The following requirements must be met:

· Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

· Currently licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board as a LPCC-S or LISW-S.

· Clinical experience in the area of mental health and development and family dynamics.
